<p style="font-size:17px">Čokolada in pomaranča sta vedno zmagovalni kombinaciji. Zakaj ne že za zajtrk?</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Priprava </h2>



<p>Chia semenom dodamo rastlinski napitek ali mleko, grški jogurt, med in merico rastlinskih beljakovin. Pomarančo spasiramo s paličnim mešalnikom ali narežemo na koščke na vrh mešanice. Pustimo stati nekaj ur ali še bolje čez noč. Ni potrebno hraniti v hladilniku. Zjutraj lahko na vrh posujemo še oreščke ali sveže sadje po svoji izbiri. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Priprava </h2>



<p>Ovsene kosmiče operemo pod vročo vodo in v posodi zmešamo z potlačeno banano, cimetom, goji jagodami in merico beljakovin. Da masa ne bo presuha, prilijemo malo mleka. Pečemo na ventilacijskem programu pri 160 stopinjah, približno 20 minut. Spremljajmo, da se kosmiči ne izsušijo preveč. Na še tople kosmiče dodamo jogurt in granatno jabolko. Slednje lahko zamenjamo za sadje po lastni izbiri. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Priprava </h2>



<p>Priporočamo, da ovsene kosmiče sperete v cedilki pod vročo vodo in banano potlačimo oziroma spasiramo z vilicami. Nato pa vse sestavine zmešate v eno posodi. Spečemo v ponvi, na zmernem ognju z malo olja, na vsaki strani 2-3 minute. Dodatno jih lahko izboljšate z dodatki po vaši želji (sadje, agave sirup, med, &#8230;). </p>
